Baked Italian Subs.

6 sandwich rolls, sliced lengthwise but attached

18 slices deli ham

18 slices Genoa salami

18 slices mortadella

1 cup banana peppers, sliced

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

6 slices provolone cheese

FOR SERVING:

Italian dressing

Shredded iceberg lettuce

Pepperoncinis

Sliced tomatoes

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Arrange rolls in a 9×13-inch baking dish, sliced side up. Bake for 5 minutes, then remove from oven.

Fold ham and place in rolls, 2-3 slices per roll. Continue with salami and mortadella, again 2-3 slices per roll.

Place banana peppers on top of the meat, then break each slice of provolone in half and place on top.

Return to oven for 20 minutes.

Serve hot with Italian dressing and desired toppings.
