CRAB SALAD.

1/2 c. celery minced

1 lb imitation crab meat

1/2 tsp dill

1/2 c. mayonnaise

1/2 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp Kosher salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 shallot minced (you can use red onion if you need)

Place the ingredients (celery, krab meat, dill, mayonnaise, paprika. Shallot, kosher salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Gently mix until blended.

Put the bowl in the fridge to chill the crab salad for at least an hour, then serve
