Marie Rose Sauce.

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon ketchup

pinch of salt

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

1/4 teaspoon hot sauce or rooster sauce (optional)

Dash red pepper flakes (optional)

Blend all ingredients together well.

Serve as a dip for shrimp or chicken. Or use as you would mayonnaise on sandwiches.
