Crispy Creamy Brown Sugar Pork Chops.

Take 6 medium cut pork chops and season how you would like.

In a bowl mix together:

3/4 cups brown sugar,

3/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese,

3/4 cups Italian style panko bread crumbs

Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on each pork chop(you won’t taste it) so about 1/2 cup of mayonnaise total.

Now dip each pork chop in the bread crumb mixture. Put as much as you can on them.

Place them in a well greased dish then spray a little oil on the top of them.

Bake at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
