Wonton Soup Recipe.

30 wonton wrappers

For the wonton filling:

8 ounces ground pork

2 green onions, finely chopped

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1.5 teaspoon cornstarch

1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

For the broth:

8 cups chicken broth

2 whole garlic cloves

1 teaspoon sesame oil

2 slices of ginger (about 1/4″ thick)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1-2 green onions, sliced

Combine filling ingredients in a bowl.

Fill each wonton wrapper with 1 tsp of filling, fold, and seal.

Dip the bottom in flour and place on a parchment-lined pan.

Bring broth ingredients to a boil, then simmer for around 10 minutes, removing garlic and ginger.

Add wontons to the broth and simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve immediately.
