2 cups cooked diced chicken

6 ounces boxed stuffing mix

1 cup hot water

cup sour cream

10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup or homemade condensed soup

3 cups frozen mixed vegetables, defrosted

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Prepare the stuffing mix and hot water according to the package instructions. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, mixed veggies, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup.
