The Best Sauteed Mushrooms Recipe.

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

1 pound Baby Bella mushrooms

2 tablespoons red wine

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 clove garlic, minced (I use two because I love garlic!)

1/4 teaspoon shallot salt or garlic salt

1/2 tablespoon minced flat-leaf parsley

salt and pepper to taste

In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.

When the butter/oil misture has melted, add the red wine, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, shallot salt and salt and pepper. Mix together and add mushrooms.

Cook together for 5 minutes, unitl mushrooms are browned.

Lower heat to simmer and cook for another 8 to 10 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.

Garnish with minced parsley and serve immediately.
