Make your Big Mac sauce. Mix 1 cup mayonnaise,
1 tsp white vinegar,
1 TBSP yellow mustard,
4 TBSP sweet relish,
1 tsp onion powder,
garlic powder and paprika.
Set aside.
Cook your ground beef then drain the fat. add a chopped onion. Cook for a few minutes. Add Weber gourmet burger seasoning(or whatever seasoning you’d like). Add a half cup of your Big Mac sauce. Stir. Add a cup of shredded cheese to the top and cover. Turn off the heat and set aside.
Once the potatoes are cooked top them with your meat mixture and add more sauce to the top.
Enjoy!
