1 pound small Yukon gold, red or white potatoes, cut in half
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 – 1 teaspoon seasoned salt or your favorite seasoning with salt (I used Trader Joe’s
Green Goddess Seasoning Blend)
Put the mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasoning blend in a large bowl.
Stir well to combine.
Add the potatoes and stir to coat. Season with black pepper, to taste, if desired.
Pour the potatoes into a baking dish. Bake in a preheated 375-degree F oven for about 30
minutes or until tender and crispy.
