French Onion Pork Chops.

1-1/2 pounds boneless pork chops, thin cut

12 ounces sour cream

1-ounce package French Onion dip mix, Lipton

6 ounces of Crispy Fried Onions

Preheat the oven to 350F.

Lay the pork chops on the bottom of the 9×13 pan, touching but not overlapping as much as possible.

In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream and onion dip mix to create French onion dip.

Spread evenly over the pork chops using a rubber spatula, being sure to cover entirely so no portions of meat are exposed.

Sprinkle crispy fried onions over the top in an even layer.

Cover the dish with tinfoil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and cook for up to 30 minutes more until the meat is fully cooked through. This last baking time will depend on the thickness of your pork chops.
