7 cups Cabbage chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups Chicken Broth
28 oz Beef Smoked Sausage (Two 14 oz Packages)
1/2 cup Butter sliced
Place cabbage in the bottom of your slow cooker and pour the broth on top.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Top with sausage and butter.
Cook on high for 2-4 hours or low for 4-6.
Serve with a slotted spoon as a side or a ladle in bowls for more of a soup-like meal.
