Chopped Italian Sandwich.

1 Bag Shredded Lettuce

5-6 Slices of Deli Ham

5-6 Slices of Salami

5-6 Slices of pepperoni

6-7 slices of provolone cheese

1 Tomato Sliced

Salt & Pepper (to taste on your tomato slices)

1/2 Red Onion Sliced Thin

12-15 Banana Peppers

2 TBSP Mayonaise

1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar

1 TBSP Italian Dressing

2 TSP Italian Seasoning

Empty lettuce onto your chopping board

Add slices of ham

Add slices of salami

Add slices of pepperoni

Add slices of provolone

Add the sliced tomatoes

Salt & Pepper the tomato slices

Add sliced red onion

Add the banana peppers

Add the mayonnaise

Add balsamic vinegar

Add Italian dressing

Add the Italian seasoning

Chop & Chop & Chop.

Keep chopping until everything is in nice small bite-sized pieces.

Scoop onto an Italian sub roll or serve with crackers.
