Cheesy Beef Taco Pasta.

3 pounds of ground beef

1 box of small shells

1 pound of Velveeta cheese

A hand full of sharp cheddar cheese

2 packs of taco seasoning

1 Can of original Rotel

1/2 cup of milk

Brown the ground beef and drain

Boil water for the shells then drain once cooked

Cut up a full block of Velveeta place it in a pan that you cooked the beef in and while the cheese is melting add the milk and continue to mix until combined

Add the shells to the cheese and the beef mix well

Then add the taco seasoning and the Rotel mix together well then add a handful of cheddar cheese mix well then serve.
