1 pkg Italian salad dressing mix (regular or zesty, 6 oz )
1/4 c balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
4 pork chops
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
In a small bowl, combine salad dressing mix, vinegar, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Beat with a wire whisk until the mix is dissolved. Add oil and beat well. In a shallow glass baking dish, arrange chops in a single layer. Spread the oil mixture over both sides of the pork. Let stand for 15 minutes.
Grill or fry until no longer pink.
