12 Ounces Center Cut Bacon (Diced)
½ Pound Extra Lean Ground Beef
1 Medium Yellow Onion (Diced)
½ Cup Sour Cream
4 Ounces of Cream Cheese
¼ Cup Miracle Whip
½ Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
½ Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Tablespoons Ketchup
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
In a large skillet on the stovetop cook the diced bacon until crisp. Remove bacon bits with a slotted spoon and allow them to drain on several layers of paper towels.
In the same skillet, add ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook and crumble the ground beef until browned and the onions are starting to turn translucent. Drain off excess cooking fat from the ground beef mixture.
Add cooked bacon and ground beef mixture to a 3 to 4-quart slow cooker.
Add the remaining ingredients to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 1 to 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until all the cheese is melted.
Serve with crackers, toasted bread, or chips.
