Tangy Memphis BBQ Sauce.

1 cup ketchup

½ cup white vinegar

¼ cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons yellow mustard

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon onion powder

½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan, over medium-low heat. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.

Simmer for 10 minutes and then remove from the heat. Use immediately or pour into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
